I’m so sorry for the slow response! Got slammed w/kids’ friends of course, and just resurfacing. The holiday was magical. I can’t believe the parade goes right past Pierce Lane! We are enjoying every minute in the new house. Like I said, I’m so appreciative that you found it for us!!! How are you?

The house is incredible, love that vintage pendant, glad they will be leaving it. I contacted the architect, I think we’ll plan to open up the kitchen over the deck area, great idea. Want to keep the 60’s structure intact and just modernize functionally, love the bones! Thank you soooo much for everything, you are the best!
