Lisa Pyden
Representing Northeast Florida's
Most Unique & Sought After - 1920's - 1980's
Harnessing an accomplished 14-year career as an interior designer known for transforming historic hotels, restaurants and waterfront estate homes on the islands of Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket and the Cape, Lisa developed a life-long passion for historic architectural preservation. She began offering professional real estate services for buyers and sellers in 2009, specializing in vintage beach house properties, renovations, and new construction built near or within historic districts.
This background serves her well today in performing tenacious due diligence for properties within the CCCL (Florida Beach and Shore Preservation Act), determining existing property valuation, and in remodel purchases. Lisa has been praised for her integrity, professionalism and discretion. Her connections within Florida and several other states with clients, brokers and interior design professionals allows her to draw on a wide net of exposure for her sellers and relocating buyers through a range of price points.
Lisa and her family relocated from Vero Beach to Northeast Florida and were drawn to the pedestrian-friendly surf town of Atlantic/Neptune Beach where she and her husband love their morning cup of coffee with a sunrise walk on the beach. Both of their kids married in the last few years. Their daughter lives in Texas, married to her Texas Tech college sweetheart and they have two beautiful babies. Their son lives in Atlantic Beach with his wife and works at TPC Sawgrass. They can’t wait to raise a family here and love how much there is to do in Jacksonville and The Beaches.
Lisa is the founder and author of Vintage Estates & Cottages of Florida, an annual publication that showcases the most unique and sought-after real estate, architecture and interiors throughout Florida that originate 1920s through postmodern 1980s.
