Lisa Pyden
Representing Northeast Florida's
Most Unique & Sought After - 1920's - 1980's
Harnessing an accomplished 14-year career as an interior designer known for transforming historic hotels, restaurants and estate homes on the islands of Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket and the Cape, Lisa developed a life-long passion for historic architectural preservation. She began offering professional real estate services for buyers and sellers in 2009, specializing in vintage home properties, renovations, and new construction built within historic districts.
That background serves her well today as an expert in performing tenacious due diligence for properties within the CCCL (Florida Beach and Shore Preservation Act), determining existing property valuation, and in remodel projects in or out of historic districts. This experience helps her sellers present their homes for the highest-dollar potential and her buyers to be skillfully guided through critical financial decisions. Lisa has been praised for her integrity, professionalism and discretion. She has 15+ years of far-reaching connections within Florida and in several states with clients, brokers and interior design professionals providing a wide-cast net of exposure for her sellers and relocating buyers through a range of price points. Local and global exposure is reached via Coldwell Banker Vanguard’s twelve regional offices and through their internationally recognized Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® program, of which she is a member. The recent merger with Compass has only further harnessed forward-vision technology, social media power and a new era of AI-powered support and automation that clients will benefit from.
Lisa and her family reside in the pedestrian-friendly surf town of Atlantic Beach. They lived previously in Vero Beach with turquoise ocean waters, long-considered the gateway to the tropics. Both towns have a rich history of being tight-knit, active communities, something that was of utmost importance to them besides their early morning walks at sunrise on the beach. Lisa enjoys a deep admiration for Old Florida locally and in her travels across the vibrant landscape of the Sunshine State when exploring. She is the founder and author of Vintage Estates & Cottages of Florida, a bi-annual publication crafted of fine papers showcasing the most unique and sought-after real estate, architecture and interiors throughout Florida, 1920s through postmodern 1980s.
