Harnessing an accomplished 14-year career as an interior designer known for transforming historic hotels, restaurants and estate homes on the islands of Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket and the Cape, Lisa developed a life-long passion for historic architectural preservation. Weaving pieces of found architectural minutiae into the extensive remodeling projects she worked on, a property's story could be retained in the renovation. Lisa began offering professional real estate services to buyers and sellers in 2009, specializing in vintage home properties and renovations.

Influenced by the legendary Florida Land Boom of the 1920's, a passion project of Lisa's will be realized in 2025, unveiling Vintage Estates & Cottages of Florida, a richly-designed bi-annual real estate publication brought together with the dynamic creative team of SDCO Partners in Charleston. Created of fine papers with unexpected presentation, the publication will explore the extraordinary tapestry of Florida's Mediterranean Revival, Spanish Colonial, Art Deco and Mid-Century Modern homes built from the 1920's through postmodern 1980's. You will become acquainted with the talented real estate and design professionals throughout the state of Florida, in this niche market of homes most-often coveted by designers, artists, musicians and like-minded creatives.

Lisa and her family reside full-time in Atlantic Beach where she enjoys a deep admiration and love for Old Florida locally and in her travels across the vibrant landscape of the Sunshine State. She is a full-time real estate agent working together with vintage beach home owners/afficionados on the Northeast Coast of Florida from Amelia Island to Vero Beach. She supports endeavors for the preservation of historic and vintage properties (original and renovated) and is an active member of the following:​​
