That background serves her well today as an expert in performing tenacious due diligence for properties within the CCCL (Florida Beach and Shore Preservation Act), determining existing property valuation, and in remodel projects in or out of historic districts. This experience helps her sellers present their homes for the highest-dollar potential and her buyers to be skillfully guided through critical financial decisions.
